Throughout the first three stages, attendees may begin by registering the first 3 mini-meetings and later on increase this amount by the 2nd and 3rd stage for a combined total maximum of three mini-meetings per registered participant in order to enable all participants the chance to book a meeting.
This limit is established in order to provide all participants a fair chance to select meetings. Since mini-meetings will be assigned on a first come first served basis, the sooner you register the more possibilities you will have to get the mini-meetings of your choice.
Yes; between May 02 and May 15, 2016, the limit will be lifted and you will be able to select as many mini- meetings as you want, provided the airline you want to meet with, has an available slot.
You won’t be able to request more than one mini-meeting with the same airline, even if that airline has open slots after the 3 mini-meetings limit has been lifted.
Be aware that if you don’t request your 3 guaranteed mini-meetings before the first stage of the selection process concludes (May 09, 2016) we cannot guarantee you any mini-meetings.
We strongly suggest that you select your 3 guaranteed mini-meetings before May 09, 2016, and then afterwards, try to arrange extra meetings with other airlines you may wish to meet with.
On April 11, 2016 mini-meetings will be opened. (at 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time) Check your registration date to see when you will be able to select your meeting.
We will send you an email a few days before the beginning of the mini-meetings selection process to notify you when you may start selecting mini-meetings (based on the Stage that you’ve entered your registration).
No, with your own User ID and Password you may access the website as many times as you wish to select or modify your choices.
Yes; you are able to make all the changes that you wish, which of course are subject to the airline’s availability and other general restrictions.
The Agenda tool will immediately confirm the requested meetings.
Each mini-meeting has a duration of 12 minutes. Out of fairness to airline personnel and fellow suppliers, mini-meeting participants must respect the 15 minute limit. The CCMA staff will provide an audible tone to signal each appointment. Please observe the 12 minute limit by leaving the table immediately.
This is precisely why, in addition to the meeting sessions, the CCMA offers a full and varied list of Social and Sporting activities, so that business opportunities are not solely limited to the private meeting schedule. The social and sporting activities are a great way to interact with all the participants and serve as a tool for maximizing your objectives.
Up to two (2) suppliers or company representatives are permitted at any given mini-meeting appointment. Although the mini-meeting has to be booked by only one (1) of the representatives, both individuals must be registered in the event in order to enter the mini-meeting room.
Only the participants who have meetings scheduled on that time slot will be permitted in the mini-meetings room. At no time will accompanying guests (companions) be allowed in the mini-meeting area.
Not showing up for a pre-scheduled meeting not only negatively affects the airline selected, but also other Suppliers, since both will have lost a time slot. We, therefore recommend that you take time to carefully analyze each of the potential mini-meetings that you wish to attend during CCMA and that you attend the mini-meetings you schedule.
