Cancellation Policy

Should any attendee wish to cancel or transfer a registration to another individual prior to the event, a written request must be sent via email to conferencesandmeetings@alta.aero. The cost to transfer a registration is USD $100 for non-members. Registration transfers are complimentary for ALTA members. All written cancellations received in writing before April 1, 2017 will be refunded with the exception of a USD $150 administrative fee for non-members. NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter. ALTA members will be granted a full refund at no additional cost until aforementioned date. ALTA will not waive any cancellation or transfer fees for non-members, reserves the right to cancel any programs, and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses incurred as a result of said actions.
