CANCELLATION POLICY
Attendees may request in writing (via fax +1 786 522 7315 or via email mballadares@alta.aero) a registration transfer/substitute to another individual prior to the event at no cost. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance.
All written cancelations received before March 31, 2011 will be refunded minus a USD 300 administrative fee. Regrettably NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter.
The event reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
