Each attendee staying at the selected conference hotel (expected to be +90% in 2009) will receive a specially designed room-key card with your company’s logo, ALTA’s logo and special marketing message. These messages are highly visible, since the average hotel visitor views his or her room-key card 10 times per day, research shows. Each attendee is flagged by the hotel when checking in, and each conference attendee receives the special magnetic-striped room key card with your marketing message. The marketing is custom-designed, including four-color images and slogans, and must include ALTA logo. This includes the design and production of 200-250 key cards.
