The ALTA Airline Leaders Forum is the largest aviation conference in Latin America & the Caribbean. In 2009, it attracted over 500 + attendees, high rank executives of 40 international airlines, over 30 CEOs from 33 countries and more than 60 international media representatives.
The ALTA Yearbook is the annual compilation of member airline data, produced professionally for attendees and member airlines. Used as a reference guide to Latin American & Caribbean aviation.

ALTA Member Airline CEOs will be staying at the selected conference hotel. One company will be allowed to send each CEO (or leading executive from each airline) a gift or marketing item to be delivered by ALTA to their hotel rooms during the conference or given out during the ALTA Annual General Meeting (AGM). Item must by approved by ALTA and include a note or letter from sponsor. ALTA will arrange the delivery to the rooms and bear all expenses associated with the delivery. We expect at least 30 airline CEOs to be in attendance; a maximum of 45 gifts and notes must be delivered to ALTA.

Attendees staying at the selected conference hotel (expected to be +90% in 2010) will receive a specially designed room-key card with your company’s logo, ALTA’s logo and special marketing message. Sponsorship will be reserved only for 7 business days. After that period of time, if the sponsorship is not confirmed, the sponsorship opportunity will become available to other companies.
All sponsorships will be invoiced by ALTA and must be paid within 30 days of reservation; otherwise it will be cancelled and offered back to other companies.
