More than 30 Latin American and Caribbean airline CEOs will be in attendance both conference days, and in this case to honor the Federico Bloch Award winner and the Rolim Amaro Award winner. The Awards Ceremony is a major opportunity to reach all attendees.
 
The Federico Bloch Award, a unique blue-clear crystal sculpture, was awarded to the CEOs of Embraer, GOL, LAN and Bobby Booth during 2004-2007 respectively

Audience Polling Sponsor
ALTA will use a sophisticated computer system to survey the audience several times during both conference days. Sponsor logo will be displayed on the large event screens during each of the 10 minimum questions asked to the audience. Poll results will be instantaneous, done via individual polling devices at each seat. Questions asked are determined by ALTA and will pertain to the speakers, subjects and themes of that particular moment in the conference. (For example, prior to a CEO speaker from Brazil, a question will focus on Brazil). The sponsor can suggest questions as well.
Sponsorship includes logo during questioning 10 separate times during the event.

Member airline CEOs have requested that a special room be set aside for their private meetings during the conference. CEO Gift
ALTA Member Airline CEOs will be staying at the selected conference hotel. One company will be allowed to send each CEO (or leading executive from each airline) a gift or marketing item to be delivered by ALTA to their hotel rooms during the conference or given out during the ALTA AGM. Item must by approved by ALTA and include a note or letter from sponsor. ALTA will arrange the delivery to the rooms and bear all expenses associated with the delivery. We expect at least 30 airline CEOs to be in attendance; 40 gifts and notes must be delivered to ALTA.

This is a high visibility sponsorship. The simultaneous Spanish-English and English-Spanish translation of the entire conference is accomplished professionally by an outside company, with individual headsets for attendees.

Exhibitors (25 maximum)
All 25 spaces will be similar to 2008 and are dedicated locations for company booth or display near conference entrance location. Space this year will measure 9 ft by 11 ft (4m x 3m) with hotel-supplied draped table and two chairs if desired. A double-sized space is ,500. Paid exhibitors will receive one complementary conference entrance badge for each paid space. ALTA member companies eligible for a discounted booth space do not receive additional complementary attendees. No sidewalls or large structures are possible, especially those that block the booth next to yours.
 
Gift / Marketing to Attendees in Delegate Bag (maximum 5)
Those companies wishing to reach all attendees but who may not want to exhibit may choose to give marketing materials to each attendee in the delegate bags supplied. The material (450 in quantity) must be delivered to ALTA office by Sep10, 2009. (Brochures cannot exceed 8 by 11 inches. Marketing piece cannot exceed 5 x 5 x 3 inches)
 
Hotel Keycard Logo Sponsor
Each attendee staying at the selected conference hotel (expected to be +90% in 2009) will receive a specially designed room-key card with your company’s logo, ALTA’s logo and special marketing message. These messages are highly visible, as research shows that the average hotel visitor views his or her room-key card 10 times per day. Each attendee is flagged by the hotel when checking in, and each conference attendee receives the special magnetic-striped room key card with your marketing message. The marketing is custom-designed, including four-color images and slogans, and must include ALTA logo. This includes the design and production of 800-1,000 key cards.

Internet Café
In the center of the conference area, there will be four computers with high-speed Internet access for conference attendees during the two conference days. Sponsor receives branding and signage at the location, both in a sign above the Internet Café and small signs at each terminal. Promotional literature may be displayed as well. The sponsor would be recognized in the program.

Lanyard/Badge Sponsorship
Badge holders for the conference will include the high-visibility logo of a company wishing to extend its name recognition broadly throughout the conference. The sponsor will have the choice of either a lanyard logo or a small logo on the badge itself.

Complimentary attendance policy
Please see details under each sponsorship for complimentary attendance/registration. Complimentary attendance does not include hotel, transportation or any other service not included on the Forum 2009 agenda. All complimentary attendees will be registered by ALTA. Additional registrations should be made on the conference web site, www.alta.aero/leadersforum.
 
Note:
  • Sponsorship will be reserved only for 7 business days.  After that period of time, if the sponsorship is not confirmed, the sponsorship opportunity will become available to other companies.
  • All sponsorships will be invoiced by ALTA and must be paid within 30 days of reservation; otherwise it will be cancelled and offered back to the market.
  • ALTA member companies eligible for discounted booth space do not receive additional complementary attendees.
